Grammy weekend dawned bright and sunny for DPA’s Music Lounge, set up Friday and Saturday at LA’s Luxe Hotel going into music’s biggest night.
It was the perfect setting for the two-day event put on by company known for its premier gifting lounges around other major award shows including the Oscars, the Emmys and the Golden Globes.
Although the hotel has been the site for other such events, this was the first time it was moved inside due to the brisk weather, and that made for a festive atmosphere for the invited guests as they mixed and mingled and partook of food and beverages.
Among the guests were entertainers, music industry producers and insiders like Recording Academy chief operating officer Branden Chapman, Def Jam’s Brody Brown, Adrian Miller, Bruno Mars, Blush, Danger, JBeck, Lucky Diaz, Kristin Maldonado, Malik Yusef, Vedo, Autumn Rowe and Jaylin Hall.
A select number of attendees were gifted with trips to exotic locales including Thailand, French Polynesia and Iceland. Others were treated to sessions on-site with intuitive coach Lisa Greenfield.
An international flavor and eco-friendliness marked many of the participating brands, all of which were curated by DPA president Nathalie Dubois.
Swiss DeMarquet, Kenya’s The Label Saba, The Stacker Shop and LA fashion designer Eva Varro were on hand with clothing, jewelry and handbags.
Guests were gifted with products from Ere Perez Natural cosmetics, Entendre cosmetics and Santa Barbara Sage Organic beauty, all of which use natural ingredients and no chemicals.
Other brands participating in the Music Lounge included Helen Ficalora, SkinMedica, Carvery Kitchen, Breadblok, Garo Cigars, Monika Carless, Social, Truth in hand, LA Gardeenia, Topochico, Deluxe Laser and Aesthetics spa, Casa by Armaana, Box On The Rocks, KittyNTug, chic Beverly Hills children boutique Rock’N’Kids, and Dr Richard Garnier with Hypnomagnetism.
