One of the highlights of Emmy weekend is always GBK Brand Bar’s Luxury Lounge, and this year was no exception. The two-day event at the iconic Beverly Wilshire Hotel drew a slew of A-list guests, including Emmy winners Christian Minker and Ryan Collins (White Lotus) and Nneka Onuorah (Lizzo’s Watch Out for Big Grrrls) as Emmy nominees Chris MacDonald (Hacks) and Rhea Seehorn (Better Call Saul).
Also spotted, three-time Emmy nominee Felix Solis and many others, such as Angela Bassett, Kate Burton (Dropout), and Nika King (Euphoria), who also made an appearance.
This year’s lounge highlighted more than $60k worth of the most trendy gifts, hottest items, gift cards and luxury trips. The celebrity guests received eBay gift cards to shop a wide selection of show-stopping goods. The online marketplace curated a fantastic selection of luxury inventory in order for fans to shop accessories inspired by the style of characters from Emmy-nominated TV shows.
Inside the lounge, brands gifting exciting food and beverage items included 21 Rebellion, CORE Foods, Umaro Foods plant-based bacon, Habiza Hummus, El Cristiano Tequila and many more.
Not only were there some of the most delicious food and drink, but guests were also presented with art-based companies such as Hobo Queen Art by River Kinney, 99GENS, and Baron-Schrier Photography hand-signed books. Other mentionable brands showcasing their products included Last Spell lash and brow products, Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry, Bati Leather Goods and many others.
But it wasn’t just all gifting. There was giving.
Gavin Keilly, the GBK Brand Bar CEO, partnered with Covenant House California and Worthy of Love and was gifted the Innovation Award by the Be Great Humanitarian Awards. He was celebrating the $10 million he has given to over 50 different charities since way back in 2002
