The Artisan Group was represented by handmade designs directly from the artists and craftspeople who created them. Their bountiful gift bag was stocked with stationery and note cards from BeezKneez and handmade soaps from Miss Doye’s Soapery.

More delights come in the form of the jewelry– unique bracelets, earrings and necklaces from a variety of designers who are members of TAG. They include The Pink Locket, Fizz Candy, Alyce Ross Designs, 2 Little P’s, Creations by Kristel, Starletta Designs, Chatter by Hammer, Gemspell, The Tin Owl and CY Design Studio.

No one went hungry as Su She Art served up spectacular sushi (on body models!) and ixlb Dim Sum offered its piping hot specialties.

The event benefited Lambda Legal, which provides legal services to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and those with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work.

Also benefiting was American Friends of Magen David Adom (AFMDA), the American fundraising arm of Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel’s national emergency medical response agency and Red Cross affiliate. MDA, Israel’s largest volunteer NGO, is a global pioneer in mass-casualty response, sharing its knowledge in the U.S. and around the world.
