In the hierarchy of awards season suites, men are pretty much at the bottom of the totem pole. But not so at the 2nd annual “THE Hospitality Suite at the Nivea For Men Mansion” hosted by jeweler Pascal Mouawad at his stunning home–also known as the Glamhouse.
A full-on barbershop– stocked with Nivea for Men products, of course — and a cigar lounge greeted the guys as they walked into the hillside home, which offered breathtaking views of the city below. And male attendees took full advantage of the complimentary grooming services, which also included haircare and styling by Joico, Gavert Atelier and Andy Lecompte salon. When they were done, they could even get their shoes shined.
The ladies weren’t entirely forgotten while the guys got groomed in the private shave room and hair trim spa. Much to the contrary, Valerie Beverly Hills was there to beautify brows and OPI was on hand for the perfect manicure.
Lipsy fashion apparel from the UK (available at select Bloomingdales), Chagoury Couture gowns and evening wear and Melanie Silverman cocktail dresses were on display for the unseasonably hot weekend.
Ciroc premium vodka upped the fun quotient of the daytime event as did Mionetto prosecco, our new low-budget champagne substitute.
