It’s always a pleasure to participate in an Emmy gifting event, but it’s even better when the products are both luxurious and socially conscious, and when the soiree also raises money and awareness for a great cause.
Those elements came into play at Debbie Durkin’s EcoLuxe Lounge celebrating the 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards nominees and presenters while benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters Los Angeles.

The mood was festive on the sunny Sunday before the Emmys as guests enjoyed wine tastings from Club W, farm to-table-fare from Circa 55, a MAN GLAM lounge, luxury travel vacations from Caribbean Living Magazine, the best in fall fashion and beauty, a celebrity pet lounge—woof, woof!– and music from DJ Dime, all in an ultra-modern, colorful environment designed by White Lotus Productions.
Among the attendees were Beau Bridges (Masters of Sex) picking up a silk tie from Mark Roscoe, Elliott Gould (Ray Donovan) cuddling Debbie Durkin’s white lab Custos in the celebrity pet lounge, Sam Richardson (VEEP) tasting rosé from Club W, Damien Puckler (GRIMM) stocking up on Canine Caviar & Feline Caviar’s Holistic Alkaline-based pet foods, Teyonah Parris (Mad Men) picking up JAndre all natural cosmetic sponges and Alex Meneses (The Goldbergs) getting her GLAM on from OC Hair & Makeup.
Others spotted included Dancing with the Stars pro Gleb Savchenko trying on sunglasses from Serengeti Eyewear, Drew Seeley (A Cinderella Story) picking up a trip from Caribbean Living Magazine & Hard Rock Hotels and Maitland Ward (Boy Meets World) taking home HAI styling tools, O.P.I and John Paul Pet Products.
